Join us on October 11th for “Meet the Experts – The Story Behind the Breakthrough,” a special five-part series that offers compelling conversations celebrating the breakthroughs of our past, our present, and the future potential to further transform child health.  

This event is hosted by Maiken Scott & Matthew Weitzman, PhD with special guests Flaura Winston, MD, PhD, Founder and Scientific Director of the Center for Injury Research and Prevention and Kristy Arbogast, PhD, Co-scientific Director and Director of Engineering in the Center for Injury Research and Prevention. All speakers share a common goal of protecting children. They’ve built their outstanding research careers on a foundation of thinking outside the box, building partnerships with stakeholders, and great mentorship.

This event will take place October 11th, 2023 at 4pm in The Hub for Clinical Collaboration Lecture Hall (building adjacent to the Buerger Building located on CHOP’s Perelman Plaza).
